Working principle of hydraulic motor

Hydraulic motor is an energy conversion device that converts the pressure energy of liquid into rotating mechanical energy. It is an actuator.

Hydraulic motors can also be divided into unidirectional and bidirectional, quantitative and variable. Due to the structural differences, the basic characteristics and application scope of different hydraulic motors are also different.

① The gear motor has poor sealing performance, low volumetric efficiency and low oil pressure; But its structure is simple and the price is cheap. ② The blade motor has small volume, small moment of inertia and sensitive action; However, the volumetric efficiency is not high, the mechanical characteristics are soft, and the low speed is unstable. Therefore, it is suitable for occasions above medium speed, small torque and frequent start and commutation. ③ Axial piston motor has high volumetric efficiency, large speed regulation range and good low-speed stability; But the impact resistance is slightly poor. It is often used in high voltage systems with high requirements. ④ Low speed and high torque radial piston motor has large displacement, large volume and low speed. It does not need reducer and can be directly used to drive load.
